I needed a simple infomercial on my business website and needed something basic but professional. Moreover, there are other templates for slide shows, which allows you to insert pictures, add a them and blend some music in. My brother shoots documentaries and nearly convinced me to purchase an Imac with Final Cut Pro for a big bag of cash. This software was so cheap I thought "why not, if it doesn't work, I'll get the Final Cut Pro." As it turns out, this software got the job done; it helped me produce an infomercial that allowed me to edit out verbal pauses & other mistakes. Again, this software will get the job done, but if you are publishing video on the internet, be sure to allow at least a 2 second delay when editing verbal transitions from one subject (while speaking) to another to avoid slight lag. Learning to use the software will take some time, but once done you'll be happy you saved a bag of cash.

I have worked with a lot of video programs and this is a complete waste of money.

User friendly and easy to use. You'll be creating your own videos in no time. You'll also be able to edit them and make them look professional.

This product is easy to use, has more functions than I know what to do with as of yet, and does the job better than expected.

First and foremost be warned that VideoStudio is a memory hog. Make sure your system exceeds the minimum requirements.The install feels a bit bloated and cumbersome, but once it is up-and-running VideoStudio 11.5 is a viable option for basic editing and quick video conversions. If you are mixing home movies or editing class projects, odds are that VideoStudio will have everything you need to produce the final product you are hoping for.
